To accomplish this, we require high quality funeral directors, embalmers and support personnel commensurate to the quality of funeral service we strive to deliver. We seek long-term employment relationships, and many of our existing full-time employees have been employed by us for some time. As such, full-time employment opportunities are available only rarely.
