We take customer satisfaction very seriously. After our services have been provided, we mail a confidential customer survey to each client family, encouraging them to complete it with their candid comments and return it to our President and General Manager. Customer ratings and comments are one way we measure the service we provide as a firm, as we seek to increase overall customer satisfaction each and every year. Approximately half of our customers return their survey, and the rating they give us is equivalent to 95 out of every 100 families rating us excellent, and the other 5 rating us good. Very seldom are we rated below good, but we are human and as such are capable of making mistakes. Also, there is always room for improvement, so part of our firm's culture is to strive for continuous improvement in the services we provide.
