FUNERAL DIRECTOR ASSISTANT (Part-Time)

  • Position Overview: Responsible for learning the Iles Funeral Homes mission and goals; to look and act professionally in appearance, in verbal, written and listening skills; manage time and resources appropriately; maintain quality of service that our customers expect in all aspects of the job; and work as a team member with a positive attitude.
  • Job Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License; Customer Service Experience
  • Schedule: Flexible Day/Evening and Weekend Hours
  • Organization Responsibilities: It is required that Iles employees demonstrate commitment to the mission and vision, maintain effective communication, exhibit teamwork, respect diversity, follow policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of all family clients and organizational information, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, observe safety and security procedures, be consistently punctual and dependable, actively participate in performance improvement activities and continually demonstrate behavioral expectations and core values.

 

GREETER/RECEPTIONIST (part-time)

  • Position Overview: Candidates must have the ability to be self-directed and work with limited supervision. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.  Requires superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.  This position takes patience and a calm, positive customer service attitude with the customer first in mind at all times. 
  • Job Qualifications: High School diploma. Customer Service Experience. Receptionist positions requires administrative experience with at least one year in a business environment using multi-line telephones.
  • Schedule: Flexible Day/Evening and Weekend hours.
