A visitation may be held at a site of your choosing. This may be at one of our funeral homes, a church or other meaningful location. This time allows the community to speak to your family and offer comfort informally. Photos, music and personal mementos may be displayed. The body is honored in a casket, urn or "in absentia". The cremation of the body may take place at any point during the days of the funeral process. Quite often the body would be present for the visitation and service, having cremation follow. Some families choose to have the cremation take place following the public visitation, but prior to a Memorial Service. Others choose to have cremation take place following a private family "goodbye". List your preference here.
When services are being scheduled it is important to confirm availability of your preferred service leader or celebrant. For many this may be a member of the clergy, a leader of a fraternal organization or a dear family friend. Our funeral home also has staff celebrants that can assist your family. The clothing you select should reflect the life that was lived; suits, dresses and shoes are certainly appropriate, but not required. Include a full set of underclothes, socks, hose etc. List clothing items here.

Our graphic designers create memorial folders that are unique to each service. They can include photographs, verses, poetry, and extended obituaries in addition to information about the service. What would you like to include?
Photographs are a wonderful to show the life that was lived. Our staff will create a video tribute for your family that will include up to 60 photographs and three musical selections. Photo boards are also available to display pictures. List your preferences here.
You are welcome to name Pall Bearers to carry the casket the day of the service. Six is a common number, but as many as eight can help carry the casket. These may be family members or friends, depending on your preference. List names here.
There are a number of reasons to name Honorary Pall Bearers- perhaps they cannot be in attendance, they are physically unable to assist with a Casket, or it may be a group of people you would like to honor. List names here.

Refreshments may be served during visitations, gatherings, or after service receptions. Our staff will work with your family or our caterers to provide food and drinks that reflect the type of gathering you would like. List your preferences here.
There are many ways to create memories associated with celebrating someone's life. This may include releasing doves, butterflies or balloons.
