Anthony DeSio Obituary

Anthony John DeSio, 65, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Harmony West Des Moines, following a courageous battle with cancer. The family will hold a brief graveside service at 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 3, 2025, at Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, Iowa.

Anthony was born June 9, 1960, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Joseph and Maria (Formaro) DeSio. He attended Holy Trinity Catholic School and Hoover High School.

Anthony is survived by his siblings, Tom (Margaret) DeSio, John DeSio and Rose DeSio, as well as nieces, Cara Corkrean (Justin), Maria DeSio and Clare DeSio and nephew, Joe DeSio. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joseph DeSio. and nephew, Joseph Chad DeSio.
