Carol "Melissa" Craft Obituary

Carol “Melissa” Ann Craft, 69, died August 16, 2025 at MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines. Graveside services will be held 1 pm Thursday, October 16th at Jewish Glendale Cemetery.

Melissa was born June 21, 1956 to Daniel and Beverly (Bonstetter) Craft. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Melissa studied International Studies in England. After returning to the United State Melissa worked as a crane operator and was a certified scuba diver.

Survivors include her children: Constantine “Cutter” Craft and Ekaterina “Kat” Craft; and brother, David Craft. Melissa was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Dirk and Curtis Craft.

Memorial contributions may be made to Tifereth Israel Synagogue Women’s League.
