Curt Ferguson Obituary

Curt Michael Ferguson 54, of Des Moines, IA formerly of Dallas Center and Dayton, IA passed away suddenly Thursday, September 14, 2023 at his mother’s home in Minburn, IA.

Curt was born May 17, 1969 in Des Moines, IA, son of LaMont and Connie (Welch) Ferguson. He received his education in Dallas Center and later graduated from Dayton High School in 1987. Curt worked various jobs and currently was a self-employed carpet layer.

He was preceded in death by his father LaMont and a step brother Kelly Latshaw.

Curt is survived by his son Nicholas Ferguson, mother Connie and step father Larry Latshaw, a brother Lonnie Ferguson, step siblings, Kenny Latshaw, Pam Graff, Penny Parris, David Carlson, Paula Gallentine and Dianna Herrick and numerous family members.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Monday September 18, 2023 from 5-7 p.m. at the Iles Brandt Chapel in Dallas Center. Burial will be at a later date.
