Dolores Genevieve Webster, 77, passed from this life on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at Valley View Village in Des Moines. According to Mrs. Webster's wishes, the body has been donated to medical science for the deeded body program at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. There will be no visitation. A memorial service honoring her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, February 14 at the Meredith Drive Reformed Church.

Dolores was born the daughter of Earl Thomas and Sylvia Belle Pearson Dwyer on May 31, 1927 in Orient, IA. She has been a resident of Des Moines, since moving here in the mid-1950's. Dolores was formerly employed with Guide One Insurance (formerly Preferred Risk) in West Des Moines, as a training supervisor for 32 years, until her retirement in 1990. She was a member of Meredith Drive Reformed Church in Des Moines. Dolores was a collector of all kinds of owls and enjoyed playing the piano and singing.

She is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughter, Sue Dwyer and her companion Jan Belluchi of West Des Moines; brother, Richard Dwyer and his wife, Marilyn of Moravia, IA; sister, Vinice Buckner of Fontanelle, IA; and several nieces and nephews.

Dolores was preceded into eternal life by her parents, Earl and Sylvia Dwyer; and her sister, Delvian Stuva.

Memorial contributions may be made to either the Meredith Drive Reformed Church, Hospice of Central Iowa and/or the Alzheimer's Association.
