Jenny Kamm Obituary

Jenny Lynne Kamm, 40, passed away at home on July 4, 2024. A memorial service will be held at Iles Westover Chapel, 6337 Hickman Road, at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 10, followed by interment at Waukee Cemetery. Her family will greet friends from 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, also at Iles Westover Chapel.

Jenny Lynne, the daughter of Craig and Chris (Porter) Kamm, was born April 25, 1984 in Des Moines, Iowa. She loved her kids and was the best mom. Jenny worked hard to provide for her kids. She had a heart of gold, and was willing to drop everything to help family and friends.

Jenny enjoyed listening to music. She was a fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Chicago Cubs. Jenny enjoyed enhancing her appearance with piercings and tattoos.

Jenny is lovingly remembered by her children: Payton Leonard, Keaton Kamm, and Bodhi Olmstead; parents, Craig and Chris Kamm; maternal grandparents, Robert Porter and Charlene Porter; sister, Melody (Terry) Forrett; nieces: Haylee Kamm, Kenadie Kamm, and Pyper Forrett; as well as many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Don and Janet Kamm.
