Kevin Pratt Obituary

Kevin Richard Pratt, 71, of Norwalk passed away October 27, 2023. He was born in Sisseton, SD and was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Amy Pratt.

Kevin will be dearly missed by his wife of 32 years, Jane; children Jessica Englert (Jason); Adam Pratt (Sheli Pratt-McHugh); his brother Mark Pratt (Ann); and many nieces and nephews and in-laws. He was lovingly known as Kpa to his grandchildren Jack and Reid Englert and Penny and Emmett Pratt.

Kevin was an avid reader and a skilled golfer. He won the Men’s City Championship twice and still holds the course record at Waveland. He was a member of Echo Valley Country Club for 28 years. He loved sports, especially the Iowa Hawkeyes. He also loved traveling with Jane to visit the grandkids and the winter trips out West. He retired after a long career with Sunkist Growers.

A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, November 18 from 2-5 p.m. at Echo Valley Country Club. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to The Iowa Golf Association in Kevin’s name.
