Larry Robinson Obituary

Larry Dean Robinson of Runnells, Iowa passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025 at Regency Care Facility in Norwalk, Iowa at the age of 85. He was born August 9, 1940 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Larry retired from his job as a siding applicator. He enjoyed racing field trail dogs and gardening. He loved his Dodge truck, but enjoyed his Kubota Tractor even more. Larry and his wife spent their time dancing, going to church, and being with their families.

Larry is survived by his wife, Deanna (Dee) Robinson, to whom he was married for 42 years and 11 months. Just 31 days shy of 43 years of matrimony; his children, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Con Robinson and Inez (Brown) Robinson; and his nine siblings.

A visitation will be held Friday, November 28, 2025 from 11:00AM-12:00PM at Berean Assembly Of God Church in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. A funeral service will be held the same day at 12:00PM at the Berean Assembly of God Church in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Following the service, he will be buried at Hartford Cemetery in Hartford, Iowa. He will be laid to rest next to his brother, Nick Carter, and his sister-in-law, Carolyn Carter. A lunch and fellowship will take place at Berean Assembly of God Church in Pleasant Hill after the burial.

Larry is now in heaven with Jesus and many family members and friends.
