Linda Louise Muelhaupt Obituary

Linda Louise Muelhaupt, 81, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021, at Senior Suites of Urbandale in Urbandale. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 30, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines.

Linda was born May 1, 1940, in Eagle Grove, IA, to Melvin and Mary (Beiga) Lalor. She married
Michael Peter Muelhaupt and they made home in Des Moines.

Linda worked at VA Hospital for 9 years, retiring in May of 2002. She was a member of Holy Trinity, Parents without Partners, the choirs at Holy Trinity and St. Pius, and was past president of the Rosary Society at St. Pius.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Lisa Greth of West Des Moines and son, John L Muelhaupt of Des Moines; two grandchildren, Zachary Greth and Lauren Greth, both of Waukee. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Michael, brother, Lawrence E Lalor and her cousin, Gary M Lalor.
