Obituary

Louise E. Tuttle, 92, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at New Hope Assembly of God Church in Urbandale. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Brandt Funeral Home in Dallas Center. Burial will be at 2:00p.m., Wednesday at Brethren Cemetery in Dallas Center.

Louise was born May 11, 1918 in Dallas Center, Iowa the daughter of Dewey L. and Nettie Renshaw. She was married to Robert Tuttle in 1937 and they lived and farmed in Grimes for 34 years. Louise had lived in Ankeny for the last 32 years. Louise was a homemaker and enjoyed her flowers and taking care of her home and garden.

Louise is survived by her children: James (Jayne) R. Tuttle, Sr., Kay (Daryl) Dinkla and Karen (Jerry)Frost, all of Urbandale and Keith (Connie) Tuttle of Grimes; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Darlene Agee of Des Moines and Joan (Roy) Rogers of Conway, MO and a brother, Donald (Jean) Renshaw of Granger. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Tuttle, son, Gerald, her parents, D.L and Nettie Renshaw, her brother, Robert Renshaw, and two grandchildren, Ryan Jay Tuttle and Don E. Tuttle.
