THE LATE MARTIN AMANKWA BEDIAKO BIOGRAPHY

And I heard a voice from Heaven saying unto me. Write Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord, from
henceforth, yeah saith the spirit, that they may rest from their labours and their works live after them. Rev. 14:13

LATE MARTIN K. BEDIAKO also known as Moshosho was born on 11th November, 1975 to Opanin kwabena Omane (Kontihene) of Amuana-Praso , a small village in the
Eastern Region of Ghana and Obaapanin Akua Sikayena also from the same village. Both parents were peasant farmers in this village. In the year 1980, Martin started his elementary school at a very tender age of five in this village. At school, he was very brilliant and calm. He appeared to be very unassuming so teachers who taught him were almost always surprised about how he answered questions,
hence liked him very much. His interest in pursuing higher education was gingered up by his outstanding performance and the support his teachers gave him.

Martin Amankwa Bediako at all levels in his career was therefore either the first or with the first.
Nothing far from the reality, Martin soon entered the University of Ghana Legon and completed his first degree in Political Science after passing through Presec Boy's Secondary School, Legon with distinction.
As a student, his major aspiration was to continue his educational career outside Ghana. But because his parents were peasant farmers, it was very difficult to raise funds to support his plans to study abroad.
Nonetheless, Martin never lost hope. He persisted with prayers and hard work until 2005 when the heavenly doors opened by the Almighty God for Martin to travel to US for further studies.

According to him, the new environment indeed appeared to be neat and friendly but tiring and boring at times. But Martin persevered and concentrated on his studies. He also ensured there was absolute peace at home (Ghana) by keeping abreast with family matters. It was Martin's prayer that one day all troubles will be over so that he can assist those family members who needed help.

As the years unfold, Moshosho became a matured man and a professional now looking eagerly for his better half. Martin's axe of love however fell on Gunnita Jackson, a pretty looking lady who live in Iowa.
From the onset, the love affairs between the two started well. It was not surprising that this
affairs soon developed into marriage. Martin got married to Gunnita and they were blessed with a nice and bouncing baby boy, Gabriel Moshosho.

After graduation, Martin applied for job at the US Navy Command and became successful. As a determined Navy officer Martin distinguished himself, among others. As most diligent worker, he excelled in the performance of his duties with great prudence and was always result orientated.

On Monday 5th August, 2013 at around 8:00 pm, Martin started complaining of high body temperature and therefore wanted to swim in their apartment swimming pool to cool down his body temperature so that he can have a sound rest. Upon entering the pool, death from
nowhere came and laid its icy hands on him and was found dead in the pool the next morning.

Our Beloved Martin, no word can ever describe the vacuum you have left in your own family, you know, you are irreplaceable, yet you are gone.
You have left a great of PAIN in all our minds and hearts. Your siblings and friends are yearning here today thinking about where your spirit would be. We believe your spirit is in the bosom of FATHER ABRAHAM where we all believe one day we shall meet again.
You have gone too soon though but we consolation in the fact that you have gone ahead of us to meet our father in Heaven though but we rejoice in Christ Jesus, as we sincerely believe we shall meet again in heaven.
