Ralph Ellsworth Obituary

Ralph L. Ellsworth of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away April 20, 2025 at Taylor House. Ralph was born to Floyd L. Ellsworth and Anna War Woda Ellsworth on March 2, 1944. He graduated from Saydel High School in Des Moines. Ralph served honorably in the U.S. Army from 1965 to 1967. In 1970, he married Sharon Kaye (Epps) together they had 3 sons.

He worked as a truck driver for 27 years with employment at Purolator and Emery Worldwide. Ralph retired in 2004.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Sharon; his 3 sons, Brenton Ellsworth of Berwick, Iowa, Jefferson Ellsworth of Des Moines, Iowa, and Toby Ellsworth of Des Moines Iowa, and his 8 grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 1:00 PM Thursday April 24th, 2025 at Berwick Cemetery.
