Louise was born January 1, 1933, in Des Moines, Iowa and was the actual "New Year Baby". She wanted it to be known she was born, raised, and died an East Sider.

Louise was a Chicago Bear fan and loved auto racing. In fact she was a very good race car driver back in the days of the old "Des Moines Drag Strip". She loved driving to Cashmere, WA to help with cherry picking time at her son's orchard, but most of all she loved her family. Her grandchildren and great Grandchildren, were the world to her.

Louise is survived by her children Greg (Marci) Phillips of Cashmere, WA, Edward (Tamela) Phillips of Grimes, Iowa, Jeff "Moe" (Joanie) Phillips, of Norwalk, Iowa, and Michele (Tony) Quijano of Des Moines.

Grandchildren, Lance (Shirley) Phillips of Tacoma, WA, Nathan Phillips of Ellensburg, WA, Becky Hanson of Cashmere, WA, Misty (Scott) Eiteman of Dallas Center, IA, Jenny (Mike) Gohring of Waukee, IA, Josh Phillips of Norwalk, Iowa, David (Alissa Martin) Phillips, of Humboldt, Iowa, Tim Phillips (fiancee Melanie Trepa), of Red Wing, MN, Jon (Angie) Quijano of Des Moines, IA, Alex (Shannon) Quijano of Indianola, IA, Aaron Quijano of Des Moines, Iowa.

Great Grandchildren Cyrus Maxon, Adam Maxon, Jack Phillips, Reyse Phillips, Reid Phillips, Rhye Phillips, Rayah Phillips, Mitch Hanson, Shelby Freestone, Shyanne Eiteman, Samantha Gohring, Noah Quijano, Ryder Swim-Quijano, Rylee Quijano.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Jeri Phillips, Mother and Father George and Olive Danley, Brother Eugene Danley.
