Obituary

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Deborah Moore, who unexpectedly left us on September 14, 2024, at the age of 67. Deborah was born in Des Moines, Iowa on November 29, 1956 and spent her early years there before moving to La Vista, Nebraska for 42 years. In, 2021 she returned to the Des Moines area. She loved scrapbooking and crafting in her spare time and rooted for the Minnesota Vikings during each football season.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends. Deborah is survived by her sister, Barbara Schorer, nephews Jimmy May, George Conn, Chris Conn, Rodney Kroeger and many great nephews and nieces. She was proceeded in death by her fiancé Terry, parents, Donavan and Agness Moore, Sisters, Donene Kroeger and Cheryl Conn, and nephew, Scott Kroeger.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor. We request all of Debbie’s loved ones to join us in celebrating her beautiful life at Jimmy May’s home: 3530 NE 46th Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317 on Saturday, October 12th from 1-4pm. Food and drinks will be provided.”
