Obituary

Susan (Appleton) Devine, was born in Roswell NM in 1944 and passed away January 7, 2025. She was raised in Edgewood, Iowa and was a lifelong resident of Iowa.

Susan graduated from Iowa State University with highest distinction and worked in the healthcare industry all her life.

She loved her husband. She loved her children. She loved her family. She loved her dogs.

Susan is survived by her husband, Barnett; her daughter, Nicole & husband Patrick King; her son, Brendan & wife Twila; and grandchildren Lauren Parker, Ella Devine and Isaac Devine. She will be missed.

In Lieu of flowers donations are directed to ARL of Iowa or a local shelter of your choice.
